Here at Yolanda Powell Transcontinental, we help Kingdom leaders transition from a local church subset to a global gatekeeping mindset, so that they can bring ancient solutions to the problems of a modern world. Clients learn to skillfully navigate the fast-paced spheres of the Marketplace & Public Square--through in-depth training in Kingdom Linguistics, Ethics, Economics & Communications to include turning their authentic voice (and years of experience) into a transformational message that can create new and diverse spheres of influence. In 2025 our offerings have been upgraded to include 1-to-1 Mentoring and a Special VIP Day Intensive.​​

You can find me & my associates across the continents deconstructing the Gospel to train leaders in varied sectors on how to use their voice, design their story, and deliver their transformational message to fulfill their unique purpose in the earth. Our 'Propel to Powerspeak' Workshop can be done through a 1 to 2-day training encounter or an impactful 2-hr speaking experience.
MENTOR & COACH
Everyone deserves a mentor and coach to help them expand their horizons, dig deep within their treasury, and fulfill their God-given purpose & destiny. At YPT, LLC we offer 1-1 Mentoring online that is wisdom-driven, power-based, and budget-sensitive on an "as-needed basis," so leaders can get the help and insight needed. IDEA DEVELOPER
Our VIP Day Intensive is for Kingdom Women in Ministry, Business, Government or Corporate spaces who possess 'One Big God-Idea' that's been sitting unfulfilled for far too long. This 6-hour day will produce a massive mind shift for those ready to be catapulted into fast-paced action. Every client will receive a Master Intensive Plan (MIP) and roadmap to penetrating success.
